I’ve spent over 10 years helping financial planning firms hire the right people for the right reasons. I like to get under the skin of a business, its purpose, vision, and culture, so the fit between firm and candidate goes beyond skills and CVs.
At Antony George we’ve built something different: a recruitment business based on partnership, cultural fit, and long-term thinking. Not just placements.
If there’s such a thing as “outside working hours,” I do my best to dodge my wife’s next DIY project. I’m also a part-time cheerleader (not officially, but if you’ve got kids, you’ll get it). Most weekends you’ll find me poolside, pitchside, or at the dojo.
Fun fact: Just to make sure I still get some “me time,” I hit the gym every day at 4:30 a.m. (Don’t ask me to do anything useful after 9pm, I’m done by then :D)
I’m the co-founder of Antony George Recruitment, where I work with financial planning firms across the UK. My role is to support owner-managers in finding and keeping the right people, while making recruitment simple and predictable.
I’ve spent years building experience in business growth, recruitment, and creating systems that make life easier for financial planning firms.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym, on a yoga mat, or on the padel court. I also enjoy clay pigeon shooting, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Fun fact: When I want to treat myself, I go straight for Waitrose No.1 chocolate eclairs, they’re unbeatable.
I lead retained recruitment and consulting at Antony George Recruitment. I work with financial planning firms across the UK to find and keep the right people, keeping hiring simple and predictable.
I’ve spent years building a retained hiring model that balances speed with quality. I focus on advisers, compliance roles, operations managers, paraplanners and administrators, and I partner with owner-managers on brand, selection, and onboarding so teams grow for the long term.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking the dogs in Yorkshire, on a badminton court, or getting lost in a good book.
Fun fact: I share an office with two dogs who think they run the place.

I’ve been part of the Antony George team since 2017, joining straight out of college at the grand age of 18. My role is all about keeping the team running smoothly, from office management to supporting everyone internally with whatever they need.
Day to day, I’m the one making sure there’s always a hot drink on everyone’s desk each morning (and yes, I’m the self-proclaimed best tea-maker in the office).
In my spare time, I enjoy baking.
At Antony George, my focus is simple: treat everyone fairly and take the time to respond, because today’s candidate might just be tomorrow’s client.
My background is in customer service, and after taking an extended break to raise my family, AG took a chance on me. Since then, I’ve loved proving myself through compassion, relationship-building, and plenty of laughter (because in recruitment, a good sense of humor is essential!).
When I’m not working, I’m running my side hustle as an unpaid chauffeur for two teenagers. My life currently runs on lifts, late-night pickups, and “Mum, can you just…” I’m sure one day I’ll miss it… I’m definitely not there yet!
Outside of work, I can usually be found decorating, occasionally upcycling, or cooking (I made all my kids’ birthday cakes for years). I have two cats, including one who thinks she’s a lion and insists on bringing me “presents.” I love to read, travel, and never say no to cheesecake or wine, and I will happily rewatch Dirty Dancing or Top Gun for the hundredth time.
Fun fact: I’m tongue-tied and left-handed but it hasn’t held me back… yet 🙂
At Antony George, I support candidates throughout the interview process to help them secure roles they’ll thrive in, while supporting our clients with a smooth and stress-free process. I focus on delivering a seamless experience on both sides and really enjoy building relationships that make a positive impact on such an important part of people’s lives.
Before joining Antony George, I spent nearly 10 years working in financial services in London, in administration and PA support roles. Now, I’ve brought my career closer to home and to my boys’ school, giving me the perfect balance between work and family life. I love being in the office and around the team; there’s never a dull moment.
I’m a proud mum of two boys. I’m very much a home girl at heart but outside of work, life is full of family adventures. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me socialising with friends and family, enjoying weekends away, or watching my favourite music artists live. I’m just as happy at home, hosting with a good cheeseboard and a glass of wine or coming up with new DIY projects for my husband to tackle. By the time December rolls around, my diet is about 90% cheeseboards and my Christmas tree has been up since November.
Fun fact: My husband and I tied the knot in Italy, where pizza, pasta and plenty of wine were all part of the celebration!
I’ve worked in financial services since 1997, after leaving the British Army. Over the years I’ve held roles at Santander Investments, Kleinwort Benson Private Bank, Nest Pensions, and the University of East Anglia’s School of Economics – all with a common thread of helping people.
At Antony George, I now work exclusively with financial advisers, supporting them to find their way to a better proposition.
Away from the office, I enjoy mountain biking, Warhammer, and taking my sons to rugby matches across Norfolk. I’m known for having the most random stories (I call them life experiences) and for telling truly awful dad jokes.
Fun fact: I also have a habit of buying guitars (despite being terrible at playing them).
